The warranty money contractors never knew they were losing
ClaimTrack Pro started with a pattern we kept hearing from small HVAC and appliance repair shops. A part fails, it is still under the manufacturer's warranty, and nobody checks. The shop either eats the cost or bills a customer who should have paid nothing. Meanwhile warranty dates live in spreadsheets, jobs get dispatched over group texts, and repeat business depends on the customer remembering your number. We decided this was worth building a product around, so we built it ourselves. ClaimTrack Pro tracks every unit a contractor services, flags OEM-covered parts right on the quote, and follows the claim until the manufacturer pays. Around that core we added the everyday tools a one-to-ten technician shop needs: dispatch, invoicing, service plans, and a customer portal.

- Annual maintenance contract scheduling and auto-invoicing

ClaimTrack Pro is live at claimtrackpro.com with subscription plans starting at $99 a month, a 14 day trial, and no setup fees or contracts. Setup takes about ten minutes, which was a design goal from day one: our users fix air conditioners for a living and have no patience for software that needs training videos.
