This notice explains what happens to the information you send us when you apply for a role or join our talent network. It applies to applications submitted through panashtech.com and to resumes sent to us by email.
What we collect
When you submit a resume we collect the information you provide, which typically includes:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your work history, skills, and education, as contained in your resume
- Your primary technical skillset and years of experience
- Your work authorization status
- Your security clearance status, only if you choose to provide it
- Your preferred work location and any notes you add
Providing your security clearance status is optional. Work authorization is required because certain roles, particularly federal work, can only be filled by US citizens.
How we use it
- To evaluate you for the role you applied to
- To evaluate you for other roles that match your background
- To contact you when a matching requisition comes up
- To submit you to a client or prime contractor for a specific opening, with your agreement
Who we share it with
We release your resume to a client or prime contractor only for a specific opening, and only to one at a time. We ask you before we submit you anywhere. We do not shop the same resume across competing bids.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising or marketing purposes.
Your submission is transmitted through our form processor, which delivers it to our careers inbox. Your resume is then stored in our internal talent database.
How long we keep it
We retain applications and resumes for two years from the date of submission, so we can contact you when a matching requisition comes up. After two years we delete the record unless you have asked us to keep it longer or you have been placed through us.
Background screening
If you are selected for a placement, background screening is completed before the placement starts, at the level the role requires. We will tell you what the screening involves and obtain your authorization before any check is run.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email careers@panashtech.com and we will act on the request. Asking us to delete your information will not affect any application already in progress unless you tell us to withdraw it.
