We supply named, vetted, US-based IT professionals to prime contractors on federal task orders, to companies holding Florida state term contracts, and to commercial teams. The person joins your team and works under your direction, on your systems, to your schedule. You keep technical control and we handle employment and onboarding administration. We carry our own SAM.gov registration with an active UEI and CAGE code, so your contracts team can onboard us through your standard subcontractor process. There is no new entity to stand up and no registration gap to wait on.

How we work as a sub-vendor
We submit a specific person, not a promise to find one. A resume goes to a single prime for a specific requisition, and we do not shop the same candidate across competing bids. Background screening is completed before a placement starts, at the level the requisition requires. A written subcontract or staffing agreement is signed before anyone begins work. Rate structure is provided per requisition, and turnaround targets are agreed per requisition based on the labor category and the location rather than quoted as a number we cannot control.

Our people come from a senior technical network, from transitioning military and veterans in the Tampa and MacDill corridor, and from Tampa Bay university alumni channels.
