Five markets, honestly labeled
Three of these are markets where we build and operate software today. Two are markets we are actively pursuing as a subcontractor and staffing partner. Each entry says which, and each is backed by software that exists rather than a claim about experience.
Field service, warranty, and operations
Contractors who install and service equipment lose money on parts the manufacturer should have covered, because nobody checks the warranty before quoting. We built software that checks.
ClaimTrack Pro is our production SaaS: warranty lifecycle tracking, OEM claim recovery, dispatch, invoicing, card payments, and a customer portal. ServiceBot demonstrates an AI assistant that answers customer questions and captures qualified leads. OpsBoard demonstrates the operations dashboard behind both.
Engage us for
- Warranty and claim lifecycle systems
- Field dispatch and work order software
- Payment and invoicing workflows
- Customer self-service portals
Business operations and back office
Most small operations run on copy and paste between five tools. The work is not hard, it is just repeated a hundred times a week by a person who should be doing something else.
InvoiceFlow demonstrates an automated pipeline: one form submission creates the customer record, drafts the invoice, sends confirmation, and schedules follow-ups, with nothing typed twice. We build the same pipelines against the tools a business already runs.
Engage us for
- Workflow automation across existing tools
- Invoicing and payment pipelines
- Operations dashboards and reporting
- System integration and data sync
Government and public sector
We work as a subcontractor to prime contractors on federal task orders, and through companies holding Florida state term contracts. We are not a prime and we hold no contract vehicle.
Our technical depth is in legacy Java and Oracle systems, application sustainment, deployment and release engineering, application security, and Section 508 accessibility remediation. All government work is performed in the United States.
Engage us for
- Named IT personnel on your task order team
- Subcontracted work packages under your prime contract
- Florida state term contract requisitions through an awarded holder
- Teaming partner on a bid
Education technology
Schools and institutes lose hours to paperwork that software should handle, and parents lose track of everything between report cards.
We designed and built an education management platform on Flutter and Laravel: student records, performance dashboards, notifications, role-based access, and fee management. This is an internally developed platform.
Engage us for
- Student information and records systems
- Parent and teacher engagement platforms
- Fee management and reporting
Consumer web and mobile
Consumer products live or die on speed and shareability. No signup wall, no app store friction, works on the phone in someone hand.
MyFanCard is our consumer web application for the 2026 World Cup, covering 48 nations and the 104-match schedule. We also built a React Native booking platform with prepayment processing and technician scheduling. Both are internally developed platforms.
Engage us for
- Consumer-facing web and mobile products
- Booking and scheduling systems
- Payment integration
On past performance. Panash Tech LLC was established in 2022 and has no federal or state past performance to date. No client, agency, or contract is named anywhere on this site. What we can show you is software we designed, built, and run in production today, and you can click through all of it.
