About the role
Large organizations run systems bought or built decades apart. You would design and build the layer that moves data between them reliably, handles failure, and does not lose records at three in the morning.
What we look for
- Five or more years in integration, middleware, or API engineering
- REST and SOAP service design and consumption
- Message queues or an enterprise service bus
- Data mapping and transformation between differing schemas
- US citizenship for federal work, and willingness to complete a background investigation
Nice to have
- Oracle or enterprise database depth
- Government program experience
- Security and authentication standards in an enterprise context
