About the role
You would work between the people who need something and the people who build it: documenting current state, writing requirements that a developer can actually work from, and validating that what shipped is what was asked for.
What we look for
- Four or more years in systems analysis or business analysis on software projects
- Ability to read a database schema and follow data through a system
- Strong written documentation
- Experience running requirements sessions with non-technical stakeholders
- US citizenship for federal work, and willingness to complete a background investigation
Nice to have
- Government program experience
- SQL proficiency
- Familiarity with accessibility and security requirements
